I.   Acceptance of Terms

II. Registered User Responsibilities

            When registering as a HorizonOnline User, you agree to: 1. Provide true and accurate information, 2. keep information up to date as it changes.  If you provide false information,  or Horizon has reason to believe that information provided is false, Horizon reserves the right to suspend or terminate present or future use.

III. Horizon Privacy Policy

IV. HorizonOnline Account and Security

            When registering for a HorizonOnline account, you will choose a username and password.  It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.   You agree to notify Horizon if there is any breach of security.  You also agree to Sign Off after each session.  You the user also agrees to notify Horizon when and if the user changes jobs.   Horizon cannot and will not be help liable for users failure to comply with this section.

V.  Reuse of Service

            You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

VI.  Modifications of Service

Horizon reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Horizon shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

VII.  No Warranty

1.      Use of the Horizon website is at your own risk.  This service is provided “As Is” and “As Available” basis. Horizon expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind.

2.      Horizon makes no warranty that service will meet your requirements, the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error free. Results obtained from this site will be accurate or reliable, the quality of this site will meet your expectations.

3.      Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage or data loss resulting from any such material.

4.      No advise or Information, whether written or oral, obtained by you from Horizon shall create any warranty not in this TOS.
